I would not let this man roof my dog house!!!! Had my camp done with standing seam last year.
If this guy comes to your door, run the other way! We hired Trevor Campbell to replace old nails that were pulling up on our roof, with new roofing screws. Also, to check 2 chimneys, and make sure they were capped off. The written quote ($300.00 more), was the amount that would be added, "if the chimneys needed to be capped." And since they found, when they were working up there, that the chimneys had already been capped, I just assumed that the bill would be at the quoted low estimate. Make sense?! He charged the high estimate anyway. When I showed him the signed contract, and questioned him, his response was, "well, it took longer than I expected". Really? I had my own business for over 25 yrs. When we gave a person an estimate, we always tried to stay with our low estimate, but never went over our high quote- no matter how much more time it took! Also, we never charged for work we didn't do. I am sorry to have to give any business a bad report, but please beware of this guy!
Poor quality work,did not come when promised,charged more than quote. Had a leak around my chimney.
Great guy, great work. Trevor did my roof for me last year and is continually working on other small projects with me. I'm very pleased with how my roof came out and I always look forward to working with Trevor. Highly reccomend!
